Indemnity Notice

Jump Trax Fitness (Pty) Ltd membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the member agrees to indemnify and hold Jump Trax Fitness (Pty) Ltd harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.

Terms & Conditions of Admission:

Entry to these premises and the parking areas as well as the use of any facilities and equipment is at your own risk.  By entering these premises you agree to the following conditions:

Jump Trax Fitness (Pty) Ltd and their directors, employees, independent contractors, other guests and members shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to any property or possession, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law any death, injury, illness or trauma suffered by any person. 

Right of admission to these premises is reserved and may be restricted by Jump Trax Fitness (Pty) Ltd. 

Guests under 18 years old are required to have the Guest Register / Indemnity signed by parent(s) / legal guardian(s), before accessing the studio on each visit to the studio. 


Jump Trax Fitness (Pty) Ltd membership may be cancelled by providing 1 calendar month’s written notice, in person, at Jump Trax Fitness (Pty) Ltd.  If the membership contract is cancelled prior to the contract expiration date, the Member agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 2 months of membership fees.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
